I did a practice avatar over the past two lessons to get myself used to the idea. I know Mr Powell said that Photo booth isn't good for the assignment because the quality isn't good enough, but this was just a practice and it worked fine for me. I changed my hair color, first to a brown, then a blue, then i decided upon a golden color. I also followed some of the steps for Avatar (movie) and enlarged the eyes and used the warp tool to expand and flatten my nose. I also changed the color of my eyes, starting with one green one hazel, changing to one brown one blue, then to both brown-hazel and finally deciding on both eyes blue. I added an outside mouth and then i put zebra skin over the top and changed it to green. This was the final result:
